9:45am Dana + second shooter arrive at bride's getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
10:45am Second shooter arrives at guys' getting ready location to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
11:30/11:45am Guys head to church
11:45am/12pm Bride gets into her gown
12pm Guys arrive at church; second shooter to photograph ceremony space at this time
12:30pm Girls head to church
1pm Ceremony
2pm Family formals at church
2:30pm Everyone heads to Six Oaks for group photos
3pm Wedding party photos at Six Oaks
3:30pm Bride + groom portraits at Six Oaks
4pm Everyone heads back to Sea Pines; additional bride + groom portraits on porch
5pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space at this time
6pm Reception begins
6:40pm Optional "sunset" portraits on 18th Green (sunset 6:56pm)
11pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
